The challenge
The product had strong web traction but no credible mobile presence. A previous hybrid attempt felt slow and off-brand, and the team worried a native build would take too long and cost too much.
Our approach
How we built it.
Designed a mobile-first product system that stays true to the web brand but respects native patterns.
Built both apps against the existing API with a shared architecture to keep iOS and Android in lockstep.
Engineered proper offline and loading states so the app feels instant even on poor connections.
Shipped a considered motion system that makes the app feel premium without draining battery.
